Mission

I’d love that my insights and tools help you to enjoy a Better Daily Life.
By “better” I mean healthier, calmer, personally meaningful, joyful and connected. Being a strong advocate of daily exercise and mental wellness, 
I also educate about “soft productivity” that nourishes rather than drains. 
We work towards your goals slowly. In tiny steps, that fit into your busy day.
To live Better each day you set on a Journey of tiny habits. Those, that work for you. 
I also write Letters. The old fashioned way. By hand. It is a part of my coaching programme  to slow you down and… spread care by writing letters.

I am Joana

A wellness and yoga teacher, meditation mentor and empowerment coach. A Montessori mom. For 18 years, I have been helping people to find balance through exercise, breathing, and self-discovery. I am constantly learning—neuroplasticity, body movement, psychosomatics, coaching, meditation—every day I discover how unlimited our potential is.
In sessions I combine mentoring tools with inborn skill to sense people. My students say that I am a muse, helping them see themselves differently and move in a personally meaningful direction. I celebrate being part of their transformational stories.
